Refund policy

Returns

If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at seaborn.team@gmail.com with your order number.

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened soap tablets cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you provide.

Return shipping

Unless the item was faulty or sent in error, the customer pays return shipping costs.
